You’ll receive a request form to share your Spotify playlists, and we’ll provide a soundboard, multiple speakers and microphones, your selected music, and a board operator for 4 hours

Coordination
In-House Coordinator – Megan Williams
Ideal for couples who enjoy planning but want support with the final details. This package includes day-of coordination, last-minute vendor confirmations, a personalized wedding checklist, vendor recommendations, rehearsal coordination, budget guidance, and complete timeline and layout creation. You’ll also receive two planning meetings in the months leading up to your big day to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
