Micro Wedding Packages
3 hr rental (Mon – Thurs): $3,000
- 8am–11am
- 12pm–3pm
- 4pm–7pm
50 guests maximum
Greenery and Lanterns or Candles: additional $50
INCLUDES:

- Access to venue
- Access to grounds & bridal space for pictures
- Access to Bridal Suite
- Gold chivari chairs
- Music provided by venue
- Ceremony and First Dance with music provided to venue in advance
- Venue Manager and Timeline Guide
- Light projection on floor
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- ADA compliant bathrooms

Traditional Wedding Packages
12 hr rental (11 AM – 11 PM):
- M–T: $3,500
- Friday: $5,000
- Saturday: $5,500
- Sun: $4,500
INCLUDES:
- Tables: (20) 60” rounds, (10) 6 ft., (8) 8 ft., (10) high boys, (1) cake table, (1) sweetheart
- Black chairs
- Access to Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room
- Table and chair service at start and end of contract (flip during event not included))
- Floor plan development consultation
- Access to venue for consultation with caterers, florist, and other vendors (by appointment only)
- Access to venue and grounds for pictures, bridal portraits, and engagement photos
- Use of two fixed TVs for your videos or slide shows
- Wheelchair access ramp
- Use of decks and patio
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Mounted wall rails for hanging pictures and decorations
- ADA compliant bathrooms
- Onsite parking and street parking
- Planner/Coordinator Required
- Refundable cleaning deposit (due on final invoice): $500
- 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required
to book a date - One time event insurance required for all events

Rehearsal Package
12 hr rental, Monday – Friday (11 AM – 11 PM):
$3,000 (as an add on)
$4,000 (as a standalone)

- Access to entire venue the day prior to your wedding
- Access to venue and grounds for pictures, bridal portraits, and engagement photos
- Use of two fixed TVs – streaming or screen mirroring
- Use of decks and patio
- Gold chivari chairs
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Mounted wall rails for hanging pictures and decoration
